Booked a room with marvellous views of the town. Everything was superb, nonetheless a few employees were arrogant.

We had the a twin room which was beautiful. The staff were really kind, you should know it. The daily service was excellent. The location was marvellous, only 5 minutes walk to Onsen-ji. Further, it was so close to Arimaonsen and the center of village and main train and bus station.

We loved this place! Compact room but big enough. Exceptional dinner. Professional yet friendly staff. Good onsen. Heavenly outdoor baths. Comfortable futon. High-quality pillows. Fantastic and gorgeous food. Wonderful sleep.

During our stay at Arima Hot Spring Ryokan Hanamusubi, we were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with any problems we encountered. The private outdoor bath was a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the warm, salty spring water. The futon provided in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The dinner served in our room was delicious, and the breakfast at the restaurant was equally satisfying. we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff. Great room. Great spring tab. For sure I will go there again. Most awesome night in Japan.
A bit to far from downtown. About 20 mins walk. But the staff will be more than glad to drive u and pick u up for free. The check out time is 10

Great food , surprised by the quality of breakfast. Hot bath facilities are excellent. Polite staff provided an authentic ryokan experience. Prior email confirmed dietary restrictions. Jacuzzi tub in room was amazing.

Upgraded to spacious suite with in-room onsen. Breathtaking scenery from Rokko-Arima route. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Comfortable futon beds with pillow choices. Delicious kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast served in room.

The food was amazing, beautifully arranged. Dinner in the room was intimate. Staff were kind and helpful. Hot springs were wonderful, especially the individual hot spring with golden spring water. 24/7 private hot spring in the room was a treat. Front desk was friendly and provided assistance. The hotel shuttle was convenient.
